金栀洁龈含漱液对错[牙合]畸形矫治中牙龈炎疗效及龈沟液sICAM-1、IL-1β、PGE2变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨金栀洁龈含漱液对错[牙合]畸形矫治后牙龈炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取笔者医院口腔门诊实施错[牙合]畸形矫治后出现牙龈炎的100例患者,根据患者就诊顺序分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。两组均予以盐酸米诺环素+口腔卫生维护治疗,试验组同时给予金栀洁龈含漱液每日3次含漱治疗。对比治疗前后患者的牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、探诊深度(PD)、龈沟液中可溶性细胞黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的变化。结果:治疗前对两组患者的GI、PLI、ABI、PD值进行对比,差异无统计学意义(P P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的GI、PLI、ABI、PD值均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前对两组患者的龈沟液中的sICAM-1、IL-1β、PGE2检测值进行对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的龈沟液中的sICAM-1、IL-1β、PGE2检测值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:金栀洁龈含漱液治疗错[牙合]畸形矫治后牙龈炎患者,能有效减轻牙龈组织的炎症反应、改善牙周健康指标并减轻患者的疼痛感。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jinzhijie sputum containing sputum on patients with gingivitis after malocclusion.Methods 100 patients with gingivitis after the implementation of malocclusion in the oral cavity of our hospital were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the order of the patients.Both groups were treated with minocycline hydrochloride+oral hygiene maintenance,and the experimental group was given Jinzhijie sputum containing sputum 3 times a day.The changes of GI,PLI,SBI,PD,sICAM-1,PGE2,IL-1βwere compared before and after treatment.Results The GI,PLI,ABI and PD values of the two groups were compared before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the GI,PLI,ABI and PD values of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The detection values of sICAM-1,IL-1βand PGE2 in gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups were compared before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the detection values of sICAM-1,IL-1βand PGE2 in the gingival crevicular fluid of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinzhijie sputum containing sputum in the treatment of malocclusion after malocclusion treatment can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of gingival tissue,improve periodontal health indicators,and reduce the pain of patients.
