摘　　要：目的探讨微小RNA-26b(miR-26b)在肺腺癌中的表达及意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR检测38例肺腺癌患者癌组织及其癌旁组织中miR-26b的表达,分析miR-26b的表达与其临床病理特征之间的相关性。结果肺腺癌组织miR-26b mRNA的表达低于癌旁组织(0.5653±0.3315 vs.3.1470±0.4584)(P<0.01)。miR-26b的表达与患者TNM分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移和分化程度相关(P<0.05),尚未发现与性别、年龄、吸烟和肿瘤直径存在相关关系(P>0.05)。结论miR-26b在肺腺癌组织中低表达,可作为评估肺腺癌患者预后的潜在标志物。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of microRNA-26 b(miR-26 b)in lung adenocarcinoma.Methods Quantitative real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-26 b in lung adenocarcinoma and tumor-adjacent tissues in 38 patients with lung adenocarcinoma.The correlation between miR-26 b expression and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results The mRNA expression of miR-26 b in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was lower than that in tumor-adjacent tissues(0.5653±0.3315 vs.3.1470±0.4584)(P<0.01).The expression of miR-26 b was correlated with TNM stage,pathological grade,lymph node metastasis and degree of differentiation(P<0.05).There was no correlation between miR-26 b expression and gender,age,smoking,and tumor diameter(P>0.05).ConclusionmiR-26 b is lowly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and can be used as a potential marker for evaluating the prognosis of the patients with lung adenocarcinoma.
