摘　　要：目的回顾性分析住院病案资料中影响患者知情同意书签署的因素。方法从某医院3个病区选择2018年10月1日-11月30日间的342份住院病案,调查手术知情同意书签署情况,采用χ^2检验,分析患者性别、民族、所患疾病、医保类型等因素与手术同意书签署者之间的相关性。结果342份住院病案中,患者本人签署知情同意书96人,占28.1%,患者的授权委托人签署知情同意书246人,占71.9%。>60岁组、癌性疾病组更多由患者的授权委托人签署手术知情同意书,城镇职工医保组、城镇居民医保组、新农合医保组与自费组之间签署者有显著性差异。结论患者的年龄、所患疾病和医疗费用支付方式是影响手术知情同意书签署的因素。Objectives To analyze the factors of implement the informed consent during clinical diagnosis and treatment by using retrospective analysis of medical records.Methods A total of 342 cases from October 1 to November 30,2018 were selected from three wards of a hospital,and the signing status of informed consent for surgery was investigated.The correlation between gender,nationality,disease,type of medical insurance and the signer of the consent was analyzed byχ^2 analysis and logistic analysis.Results In a total of 342 hospitalized cases,96(28.1%)patients signed the informed consent,246(71.9%)patients signed the informed consent by the authorized client of the patient.Most patients with age over 60 or with malignant diseases signed the operation informed consent by the authorized client.There were significant differences among the signatories of the urban workers’medical insurance group,the urban residents’medical insurance group,the new famers’medical insurance group and the self-paid group.Conclusions The patients’age,disease and the way of payment for medical expenses were the influencing factors to decide the signatory of informed consent for surgical treatment.
