摘　　要：应用分级教学法是实现高校体育教学与运动训练协调发展的重要手段。高校体育教学与运动训练协调发展的重要性在于满足不同类型大学生体育学习的需求,合理调配体育教学资源。高校体育教学与运动训练协调发展的作用,节省教育资源,优化师资配置,提升学生学习兴趣和学习信心。促进高校体育教学与运动训练协调发展的策略,实行必要的分级定级考试,按照不同级别制订教学内容,渗透激励教育落实末尾淘汰制度,辅以人性化的学习制度。The application of graded teaching method is an important means to achieve the coordinated development of physical education and sports training in colleges and universities.The importance of the coordinated development of physical education and sports training in colleges and universities is to meet the needs of different types of college students in physical education,rationally allocate physical education resources,optimize the allocation of teachers,and enhance students’interest and confidence in learning.Strategies to promote the coordinated development of physical education and sports training in colleges and universities:implement necessary graded and graded examinations,formulate teaching content according to different levels,infiltrate and encourage education to implement the end elimination system,supplemented by a humanized learning system.
