摘　　要：情报科技信息系统项目的特点主要有系统复杂、产品众多、地域分布广泛、参加人员众多。风险识别的主要方式是制订风险管理计划,完善风险库建设并有效使用。详细研究了科研机构情报信息系统项目风险管理的识别和来源,如需求风险、技术风险、团队风险、预算风险、范围风险。The characteristics of information technology information system project mainly include complex system,numerous products,wide geographical distribution and many participants.The main method of risk identification is to formulate a risk management plan,improve the risk database construction and use it effectively.This paper studies the identification and source of risk management in scientific research institutions,such as demand risk,technology risk,team risk,budget risk and scope risk.
