康复新液联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取万安县中医院2018年2月-2019年2月收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组予以铝碳酸镁联合莫沙必利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以康复新液联合熊去氧胆酸治疗。两组均连续治疗2个月。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状(胃痛、胃胀、恶心及嗳气)评分、胆汁反流情况(24 h胆汁反流次数、最长反流时间、反流时间超过5 min次数),并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,胃痛、胃胀、恶心、嗳气评分及不良反应发生率低于对照组,24 h胆汁反流次数、反流时间超过5 min次数少于对照组,最长反流时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效确切,可有效改善临床症状和胆汁反流情况,且安全性较高。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of kangfuxin liquid combined with ursodeoxycholic acid ifor bile reflux gastritis.Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with bile reflux gastritis were selected from February 2018 to February 2019 in Wanan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hydrotalcite and mosapride,the observation group was treated with kangfuxin liquid and ursodeoxycholic acid on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.Clinical effect,clinical symptoms(stomachache,gastric distention,nausea and belching) score,bile reflux(number of bile reflux in 24 h,longest reflux time,reflux time more than 5 min)were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The observation group of total effective rate was higher than control group,the scores of stomachache,gastric distention,nausea,belching,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were lower than control group,the number of bile reflux in 24 h,reflux time more than 5 min were less than control group,the longest reflux time was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with ursodeoxycholic acid have an exact clinical effect for bile reflux gastritis,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and bile reflux,and with high safety.
