紫杉醇联合顺铂腹腔内热灌注化疗与热疗在卵巢癌晚期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂腹腔内热灌注化疗与热疗在卵巢癌晚期中的应用效果。方法选取成都市第五人民医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的卵巢癌晚期患者100例,按照有无进行热疗分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。两组均给予紫杉醇针联合顺铂腹腔内热灌注化疗后,对照组无热疗,观察组给予腹部局部射频热疗治疗。比较两组全身化疗疗程、腹腔内化疗次数、CA125变化率、腹腔积液控制率、临床疗效,并观察两组毒副作用发生情况。结果观察组全身化疗疗程短于对照组,腹腔内化疗次数低于对照组,CA125变化率、腹腔积液控制率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,毒副作用发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂腹腔内热灌注化疗与热疗在卵巢癌晚期中的应用效果良好,对肿瘤具有较好的抑制和杀伤作用,可促进患者早日康复,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal hyperthermia chemotherapy and hyperthermia in advanced ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with advanced ovarian cancer were selected from January 2018 to January 2019 in Chengdu Fifth People’s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to whether or not they were given hyperthermia,50 in each of group.Two groups were given paclitaxel injection combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal hyperthermia chemotherapy,the control group without hyperthermia,the observation group with local abdominal radiofrequency hyperthermia.The course of systemic chemotherapy,the times of intraperitoneal chemotherapy,the change rate of CA125,the control rate of intraperitoneal effusion and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of toxic and side effects was observed.Results The course of systemic chemotherapy in the observation group was shorter than the control group,the times of intraperitoneal chemotherapy was lower than the control group,the change rate of CA125 and the control rate of intraperitoneal effusion were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the incidence rate of side effects was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal hyperthermia chemotherapy and hyperthermia in the late stage of ovarian cancer has a good effect on tumor inhibition and killing,it can promote the early recovery of patients,and with high safety.
