摘　　要：目的探讨长链非编码RNA RAB11B-AS1(lncRNA RAB11B-AS1)在膀胱癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数和预后的关系。方法收集2012年10月-2014年2月于云南省第二人民医院泌尿外科手术切除的83例膀胱癌组织及相应癌旁正常组织。采用qRT-PCR检测lncRNA RAB11B-AS1的表达并分析其与患者临床病理特征的关系,采用Cox回归分析lncRNA RAB11B-AS1表达水平与膀胱癌患者预后的关系。结果 lncRNA RAB11B-AS1在膀胱癌组织中的表达水平低于癌旁正常组织(1.17±0.32 vs 2.09±0.74,t=10.396,P<0.001);膀胱癌癌组织中lncRNA RAB11B-AS1的表达水平与患者TNM分期、组织学分级和淋巴结是否转移有关(P<0.05)。lncRNA RAB11B-AS1高表达患者5年总生存率高于低表达患者(62.22%vs 26.32%,χ^2=13.420,P<0.001);多因素Cox回归分析显示,lncRNA RAB11B-AS1低表达是影响膀胱癌患者预后的独立危险因素(HR=1.126,95%CI:1.058~1.200,P<0.001)。结论 lncRNA RAB11B-AS1在膀胱癌组织中低表达,且低表达患者预后较差。Objective To investigate the expression of long non-coding RNA RAB11B-AS1(lncRNA RAB11B-AS1)in bladder cancer tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis. Methods The bladder cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected from 83 cases of surgical resection at the Department of Urology,the Second People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province between October 2012 and February 2014. The expression of lnc RNA RAB11B-AS1 was detected by q RT-PCR,and its relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics of bladder cancer patients was analyzed. Cox regression was used to analyze the relationship between lncRNA RAB11B-AS1 and the prognosis of bladder cancer patients. Results The expression of lncRNA RAB11B-AS1 in bladder cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues(1.17±0.32 vs 2.09±0.74,t=10.396,P<0.001). The expression of lncRNA RAB11BAS1 was correlated with TNM stage,histological grade and lymph node metastasis in patients with bladder cancer(P<0.05). The 5-year overall survival rate of patients with high expression of lncRNA RAB11B-AS1 was higher than those with low expression(62.22% vs26.32%,χ^2=13.420,P<0.001). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the low expression of lncRNA RAB11B-AS1 was an independent risk factor for the prognosis of bladder cancer patients(HR=1.126,95%CI:1.058-1.200,P<0.001). Conclusions The expression of lncRNA RAB11B-AS1 is low in bladder cancer tissues,and the patients with low expression have a poor prognosis.
