摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取臭冷杉(Abies nephrolepis Maxim.)针叶中的挥发性成分,毛细管柱气相色谱法对其进行分离,质谱检测器进行分析,峰面积归一化法确定其相对含量,气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)辅助人工检索鉴定其化学成分。结果表明,从臭冷杉针叶挥发油中共分离和鉴定出11种化合物,分别为左旋乙酸龙脑酯(47.44%)、莰烯(20.40%)、(1R)-(+)-α蒎烯(12.78%)、2,5-二甲基-2,4-己二烯(3.64%)、2-莰醇(3.07%)、石竹烯氧化物(2.99%)、右旋柠檬烯(2.33%)、(1S)-(+)-3-蒈烯(2.21%)、3-硝基-丁醇(2.03%)、3,4-二甲基-2-环戊烯-1-酮(1.77%)和三环萜(1.33%)。臭冷杉针叶挥发油中含有丰富的萜类等挥发性成分。Volatile components in leaves of Abies nephrolepis Maxim. were extracted by steam distillation, separated by GC capillary column chromatography and analyed by MS detector. Relative contents of chemical components were calculated by peak area normalization method, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to assist artificial search to identify chemical composition. Results showed that eleven chemical compounds were isolated and identified, including L-Born-2-yl acetate(47.44%), camphene(20.40%),(1 R)-(+)-a-pinene(12.78%), 2,4-Hexadiene, 2,5-dimethyl-(3.64%), bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-ol, 1,7,7-trimethyl-,(1 S-endo)-(3.07%), caryophyllene oxide(2.99%), d-Limonene(2.33%),(1 S)-(+)-3-Carene(2.21%), 3-Nitro-2-butanol(2.03%), 2-Cyclopenten-1-one, 3,4-dimethyl-(1.77%) and tricyclo[2.2.1.0(2,6)]heptane, 1,7,7-trimethyl-(1.33%). There were rich volatile components such as terpenoids in volatile oil of A.nephrolepis Maxim. leaves.
