摘　　要：推动城乡特色文化资源的创新性协调发展,促进乡村特色文化的发展,是新时代背景下我国社会建设、发展的重要任务。作为综合性、系统性的乡村文化建设主要在于:以物质性的基本设施完善、视觉性突出的物象空间完善来实现文化载体的塑造,以文化机制、文化治理、文化生产的完善来实现文化内生和文化内容的塑造,激活以“资源、认同、参与”为核心的内生性发展特色之路。Promoting the creative harmonious development of urban and rural characteristic cultural resources and the development of rural characteristic culture are important tasks in the background of social construc?tion and development in the new era.There are several points in the comprehensive and systematic construc?tion of rural culture.Using the perfection of material infrastructure and the material space with visual out?standing to realize the shaping of cultural vehicle.Using the perfection of cultural mechanism,cultural gov?ernance and cultural production to realize cultural endogeny,shape cultural content and stimulate the endog?enous characteristic development path themed on“resources,identity and participation”.
