摘 要:私营企业慈善捐赠反映了企业对社会的回馈。2016年全国私营企业慈善捐赠调查数据反映了企业政治联系对其慈善捐赠的影响及其具体机制,表明政治联系会显著提高私营企业的慈善捐赠水平。这主要通过两种机制:政治联系既会提高企业主的社会责任态度,同时又有助于企业获得更多稀缺资源,均有助于提高企业慈善捐赠。虽然政府干预也会促进企业慈善捐赠,但企业政治联系并不会带来更强的政府干预,因此第三种机制并未得到证明。Private entrepreneurs donate to charity,reflecting their contribution to the society in return.Is it possible that those entrepreneurs with political connections would become potential "great philanthropists"?The paper studies the political connection’ s influence on the charity donation of private entrepreneurs by analyzing the collected data of China’s national statistics of private-own business and corporations in 2016.It is found that political connection increases the number of charity donation significantly.The increase was caused mainly by two reasons.On the one hand,political connection enhances the entrepreneurs’ sense of social responsibility;on the other,it helps the entrepreneurs acquire more rare resources,which enhances the charity donation in turn.Although government intervention may increase the charity donation from the private own business,political connection between the entrepreneurs and government does not cause more intervention.So,the study did not prove that government intervention increases the donation.
