摘 要:提出一种基于TRIZ矛盾理论的用于改进技术系统的PAMSZ法。该方法定义了创新原理有效性的概念及其计算方法,基于创新原理有效性的定量提出了一种创新原理优选原则;利用PAMSZ法分析危化品储存过程中的安全问题并分类,确定了相关的通用工程参数及矛盾矩阵,利用优选的创新原理获得了几种通用的危化品储存问题解决方案,最后同时考虑危化品存储的管理矛盾,提出了一种多层次、人机交互的智能危化品存储解决方案。An application method named PAMSZ is presented on the base of TRIZ contradiction matrix in the paper.The efficiency of the principles used in the contradiction matrix is defined to calculate the effectiveness of the principles,which is sorted in descending order,and based on which the rule of the priority of the principle is presented.The PAMSZ method is applied to find a safe solution for the storage of the hazardous chemicals,the relevant general engineering parameters and contradiction matrix are determined,and several general solutions to the storage problem of hazardous chemicals are obtained by using the innovative principle of optimization,a multi-level,man-machine interactive solution for intelligent storage of hazardous chemicals is proposed.
