冷循环微波肿瘤消融术治疗肺癌的近期疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的探讨冷循环微波肿瘤消融术治疗肺癌的近期疗效和安全性。方法选取我院肿瘤科2016年9月至2018年3月收治的70例肺癌患者为研究对象,均在我院接受冷循环微波肿瘤消融术治疗,并观察近期疗效和不良反应发生率等。结果入组70例肺癌患者中,完全缓解15例,部分缓解50例,稳定4例,进展1例,治疗有效率92. 86%。术后并发症发生率10. 0%,未见血胸、气胸等严重并发症。结论冷循环微波肿瘤消融术具有微创、安全、有效等优势,在肺癌治疗中应用疗效确切,不良反应轻,有推广应用价值。Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy and safety of cold circulation microwave tumor ablation for lung cancer. Methods Seventy patients with lung cancer admitted to the Oncology Department of our hospital from September 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. They were all treated with cold-circulation microwave tumor ablation. The short-term efficacy and adverse reaction rate of 70 patients were observed. Results There were 15 cases of complete remission,50 cases of partial remission,4 cases of stability and 1 case of progress in this group,the effective rate was 92. 86%. The incidence of complications after operation was 10. 0%. No serious complications such as hemothorax and pneumothorax were found. Conclusion Cold circulation microwave tumor ablation is minimally invasive,safe and effective.
