摘  要:为研究辣椒氨基转移酶(pAMT,putative aminotransferase)基因在辣椒基因组中的分布和功能,以尊辣1号基因组为参照,利用生物信息学方法对辣椒中pAMT基因家族成员进行全基因组水平分析。结果显示:辣椒基因组中存在9个pAMT基因家族成员,集中分布在8号和9号染色体上,氨基酸序列多重比对显示这9个蛋白分别聚类到3大分支上。结构分析表明,pAMT家族所有蛋白均含有5个保守结构域Motif 2、Motif 3、Motif 5、Motif 8和Motif 9。基因表达分析结果显示:基因Capana09g000427在叶片中不表达,在果皮中表达量最高,其次是子房,在种子和胎座也有表达。基因Capana08g000160在种子、胎座中不表达,仅在叶片中表达稍高,在其他组织的表达量均较低。辣椒氨基转移酶pAMT基因家族在基因组中的分布分析为进一步研究辣椒氨基转移酶pAMT基因家族的功能提供了科学依据。In order to study the functions of aminotransferase (pAMT,putative aminotransferase) genes in pepper,the pAMT gene family members in zunla 1 genome were identified and analyzed using bioinformatic methods.The results showed that there were 9 pAMT family members in the pepper genome,which were concentrated on chromosome 8 and chromosome 9,respectively.Multiple alignments of amino acid sequences showed that the 9 pAMT genes were clustered on three major branches.Structural analysis demonstrated that the pAMT family genes contained 5 conserved domains,namely Motif 2,Motif 3,Motif 5,Motif 8 and Motif 9.Gene expression analysis results showed that Capana09g000427 was not expressed in the leaves,but had the highest expression in the peel,followed by the ovary.Expression of Capana09g000427 was also detected in the seeds and placenta.Capana08g000160 was not expressed in seeds and placenta,but had slightly higher expression in leaves and lower abundances in the other tissues.The distribution analysis of aminotransferase pAMT family genes in the pepper genome provides a scientific basis for further studying the functions of the pAMT genes.
