中西医结合与西医治疗中晚期原发性肝癌临床疗效Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价中西医结合与西医治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法:检索2011至2018年中国知网(CNKI)、维普期刊资源整合服务平台(VIP)、万方数据库、中国生物医学库(CBM)中的中西医结合与西医治疗中晚期原发性肝癌文献,使用RevMan 5.3统计软件进行统计分析,比较两种方法治疗肝癌的临床疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗在提高患者获益率及健康状况方面优于西医治疗;中西医结合治疗在降低患者AFP水平、改善患者肝功能及中医症候方面优于西医治疗;两者在导致患者骨髓抑制及肾功能损害方面无明显差异。结论:中西医结合治疗在提高中晚期原发性肝癌患者获益率、改善肝功能及中医症候等方面较单纯西医治疗有明显优势,但是尚需更多高质量研究以增加证据的可信度。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer.Methods:Retrieving the related literatures of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database and CBM from 2011 to 2018,the subjects of the study were middle and advanced primary liver cancer patients.RevMan 5.3 statistical software was used for statistical analysis to compare the short-term effects of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and simple western medicine in the treatment of liver cancer.According to the test,the research that meets the inclusion criteria is analyzed and evaluated.Results:Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment was superior to western medicine treatment group in improving patients’benefit rate and health status;Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment was superior to western medicine treatment group in reducing patients’AFP level,improving patients’liver function and improving traditional Chinese medicine symptoms;There was no significant difference in bone marrow suppression and renal function damage between integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment group and Western medicine treatment group.Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and Western medicine has obvious advantages in improving the benefit rate,liver function and symptoms of patients with advanced primary liver cancer compared with western medicine alone.However,more high-quality studies are needed to increase the credibility of the evidence.
