摘  要:南非高等教育教与学协会在经历了较为曲折的发展演变后,对自身的发展有了更为清晰的定位。协会的核心理念在于提高南非高等教育质量,追求卓越的教与学。协会通过设立相关条例、基金会及优质的教与学奖项等措施保障协会活动的开展。其对我国大学教师发展联盟建设的启示:加强全国性大学教师发展联盟的建设和密切与其他相关部门的联系,促进其国际化。同时出台相关制度条例、设立基金会等保障联盟的良好运行。Higher Education Learning and Teaching Association of South Africa plays an important role in the pro?motion of faculty development and the improvement of the quality of higher education in South Africa.After its tor?tuous developing evolution,the association has a more clear understanding and positioning of its development.As a national alliance,its core values aims at improving the quality of higher education in Africa,seeking excellent teaching and learning.The association guarantees its activities by establishing relevant constitutions,specialized fundations and awards for excellent teaching and learning and so on.The research on it can provide the following implications for the alliance for faculty development in our country:strengthening the construction of national alli?ance for faculty development;closing the connection between the national alliance for faculty development and oth?er related departments;promoting the internationalization of the alliance for faculty development.
