评价不同手术方式对中晚期胆囊癌患者生存的影响

摘　　要：目的针对患有中晚期胆囊癌的患者,通过采用不同手术方式以后,对其临床效果和产生的影响进行分析。方法在本院(2017年7月1日至2019年7月1日)期间,接受中晚期胆囊癌治疗的患者中随机挑选200例,选取50例患者记为手术一组,采用胆囊癌扩大根治术,选取50例患者记为手术二组,采用单纯胆管内或者胆管外引流术,选取50例患者记为手术三组,采用胆囊癌切除术,剩下选取50例患者记为手术四组,采用胆囊癌淋巴结清扫术,对比手术效果。结果手术一组患者的生存时间、手术时间、治疗效率、术后产生的并发症、疼痛情况均要优于手术二组、手术三组、手术四组,具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论针对患有中晚期胆囊癌的患者,通过采用不同手术方式以后,其治疗效率、手术结果各有不同,采用胆囊癌扩大根治术治疗各项治疗均要优于其他手术方法。Objective To analyze the clinical effects and effects of different surgical methods on patients with advanced gallbladder cancer.Methods During the period of our hospital(2017.7.1-2019.7.1),200 patients with advanced gallbladder cancer were randomly selected,50 patients were selected as operation group,50 patients were selected as operation group,50 patients were selected as operation group,50 patients were selected as operation group 2,and 50 patients were selected as operation group,using simple biliary duct drainage or external biliary drainage,50 patients were selected as operation group,cholecystectomy was used,the remaining 50 patients were selected as operation group.The patients were divided into four groups.The lymph node dissection of gallbladder cancer was used to compare the effect of operation.Results The survival time,operation time,treatment efficiency,complications and pain of patients in operation group were better than those in operation group 2,operation group 3 and operation group 4,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with advanced gallbladder cancer,after different surgical methods,the treatment efficiency and surgical results are different.Extended radical operation for gallbladder cancer is superior to other surgical methods.
