摘　　要：目的分析含吉西他滨的联合化疗方案治疗难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,NHL)的可行性。方法研究阶段为2017年1月1日至2018年11月1日,共纳入研究对象20例,均为难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,均接受奥沙利铂治疗,在此基础上平均分组,对照组联合长春瑞滨,观察组联合吉西他滨,比较两组临床效果。结果对照组总有效率60.0%(6/10)略低于观察组总有效70.0%(7/10),但差异不显著,无统计学意义,P>0.05。对照组与观察组肝损伤、血红蛋白下降发生率差异不显著,无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组血小板下降、恶心呕吐、周围神经症状发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论针对难治性NHL患者采用奥沙利铂联合吉西他滨治疗其可行性明显,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To analyze the feasibility of combined chemotherapy with gemcitabine in the treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL).Methods The study period was from January 1,2017 to November 1,2018.A total of 20 subjects were included in the study.All patients with refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were treated with oxaliplatin.The average group,the control group combined with vinorelbine,the observation group combined with gemcitabine,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 60.0%(6/10),which was slightly lower than the total effective rate of the observation group(70.0%,7/10),but the difference was not signifi cant,and there was no statistical signifi cance,P>0.05.There was no signifi cant difference in the incidence of hepatic injury and hemoglobin in the control group and the observation group,P<0.05.The incidence of thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting and peripheral nerve symptoms in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was signifi cant,P<0.05.Conclusion The effi cacy of oxaliplatin combined with gemcitabine in patients with refractory NHL is obvious and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
