胃镜活检与外科病理诊断胃癌的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比研究胃镜活检与外科病理诊断胃癌临床诊断结果的差异。方法将2016年3月至2017年3月在本院接受治疗的80例胃癌患者作为研究对象,分析比较胃镜活检与外科病理诊断临床结果。结果根据术后组织病理学诊断结果,胃镜活检的确诊率是75.0%,疑诊率为15.0%,未确诊率为10.0%;采用胃镜活检法对Ⅰ型病变患者的确诊率为100%,对Ⅱ型病变患者的确诊率为76.9%,对Ⅲ型病变患者的确诊率为60.0%,对Ⅳ型病变患者的确诊率为33.3%;此外,胃镜活检对分化型癌细胞的诊断率为88.3%,而对于分化较差的癌细胞诊断率却为66.7%。由此可见,组间存在明显的差异,因此,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对胃癌患者实施胃镜活检虽然具有一定的临床应用价值,但是却难以客观精准地体现出病变的特性,尤其是对部分分化程度较差的癌细胞的诊断所产生的误差更大,因此,医疗人员应该对此引起重视。Objective To compare the results of gastroscopic biopsy and surgical pathology in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects.The clinical results of gastroscopic biopsy and surgical pathological diagnosis were analyzed and compared.Results According to the postoperative histopathological diagnosis,the confi rmed rate of gastroscopy biopsy was 75.0%,the suspected rate was 15.0%,and the undiagnosed rate was 10.0%.The confi rmed rate of typeⅠdisease patients with gastroscopy was 100%.The diagnosis rate of patients with typeⅡdisease is 76.9%,the diagnosis rate of patients with typeⅢdisease is 60.0%,and the diagnosis rate of patients with typeⅣdisease is 33.3%.In addition,the diagnosis rate of differentiated cancer cells by gastroscopy biopsy It was 88.3%,while the diagnosis rate for poorly differentiated cancer cells was 66.7%.It can be seen that there are obvious differences between the groups,so it is statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Although gastroscopic biopsy for gastric cancer patients has certain clinical application value,it is diffi cult to objectively and accurately refl ect the characteristics of lesions,especially for the diagnosis of some poorly differentiated cancer cells.Therefore,medical personnel should pay more attention to it.
