摘　　要：为全面提升农业院校应用型人才培养质量,探讨农业院校构建校企合作协同育人模式,有效提升育人效果,该文以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例,从不同角度分析了校企协同育人机制的创新研究,以期达到全方位育人的目的。In order to comprehensively improve the cultivation of applied talents in agricultural colleges and universities,and discuss the construction of school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education mode in agricultural colleges to effectively improve the education effect,this article takes the innovation research as the perspective,based on the current situation of our school,from different The angle analyzes the innovative research of the schoolenterprise collaborative education mechanism to achieve the goal of all-round education.
