摘　　要：把党的政治建设摆在首位,以党的政治建设统领党的各项建设,既是从党的建设历史经验中得出的科学结论,又是面向新时代对党的建设内在规律的深入揭示,具有深邃的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。党的历史进程表明,党的政治建设是党发展壮大的决定性因素。党的政治建设是党的根本性建设,是由党的政治属性和政治的独特功能决定的,是由巩固党长期执政地位、完成党在新时代历史使命决定的,是由新时代党的建设总体布局和总体要求决定的。推进新时代党的政治建设,必须坚持问题导向、抓住关键要素,着力解决坚定政治信仰、站稳政治立场、严守政治规矩、净化政治生态、加强政治文化等要害问题。Prioritizing the political construction of the Party, having it at the leading position of various construction projects of the Party is a scientific conclusion coming from the historical construction of the Party and a profound revelation of the inner laws of the construction of the Party in the new era, which is endowed with deep lying historical logic, theoretical logic, and practical logic. The progress of the Party' s history has shown that Party construction is the decisive factor for the development of the Party. Political construction of the Party is the fundamental construction, decided by the unique political properties and the unique functions of the Party, by the consolidation of its ruling position and the fulfillment of its historical mission in the new era, and by the overall layout and requirements of the construction of the Party in the new era. Political construction of the Party in the new era must abide by its problem orientation, with key factors taken stronghold of, aiming at solving such problems as steadfast political faith, steady political standpoint, adherence to political regulations, purification of political ecology, and strengthening political culture, etc.
