摘 要:目的初步探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的影像学表现.方法收集9例经病原学确诊的COVID-19患者的胸部影像学检查资料,分析其征象.结果2例患者行X线检查,病变累及双侧肺野,表现为多发片状密度增高影,以下肺野分布为主.7例患者行CT检查(其中2例于首次检查3d后复查),CT阴性1例,病变累及双侧肺5例、累及单侧肺1例,多表现为结节状或球形磨玻璃密度影,以肺野外带分布为主(尤其是胸膜下区),可伴血管束增粗、小叶间隔增厚等间质性改变.结论影像学检查在COVID-19的诊断及病情进展评估中具有重要作用.Objective To preliminarily probe the imaging features of COVID-19.Methods The chest images of 9 patients with COVID-19 confirmed by etiology test were collected and analyzed.Results The X-ray examination was performed in 2 patients,and multiple patchy opacities were observed in bilateral lungs,especially in the lower lung area.The other 7 cases underwent CT scans,and 2 of 7 cases underwent a follow-up scan after 3 days.CT revealed no pulmonary lesions in 1 case,but abnormal changes of the lung in other 6 cases including 5 with bilateral lesions and 1 with unilateral ones.Most ground glass opacities were nodular or spheri-cal in shape and mainly located in the peripheral region of lung,especially in the subpleural area.Pulmonary interstitial changes,such as vascular bundle and interlobular thickening were also observed.Conclusion Radiological imaging can play an important role in the diagnosis and evaluation of the progress of COVID-19.
