摘 要:目的:探讨线下线上混合式教学模式(O2O教学模式)在护士PICC维护技能培训中的应用。方法:分别对2016年和2017年南京医科大学第二附属医院900余名一线护士进行PICC维护技能培训,对照组(2016年)采取传统培训法,试验组(2017年)实施O2O培训模式。两组各随机抽考180名护士。结果:试验组PICC维护技能得分为(94.75±2.58)分,明显高于对照组(89.57±6.43)分(t=2.06,P<0.05);试验组年度随机PICC导管固定总规范率明显高于对照组(93.98%vs 85.03%,χ^2=20.55,P<0.005);且2017年PICC置管并发症发生率明显低于2016年(18.39%vs 30.85%,χ^2=25.58,P<0.005),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:采用O2O教学模式对护士进行PICC维护技能培训,不但有效保证了培训质量,提高了PICC维护规范率,减少了并发症,且具有成本低、方便、快捷的特点。Objective To explore the effect about online and offline mixed teaching mode(O2O teaching mode)on nurse PICC maintenance skills training.Methods More than 900 frontline nurses were trained in PICC maintenance skills in 2016 and 2017,respectively.The control group(2016)adopted traditional training method,while the experimental group(2017)implemented O2O training mode.180 nurses were randomly selected from each of the two groups.Results The PICC maintenance skill score of the experimental group was(94.75±2.58)points,significantly higher than that of the control group(89.57±6.43)points(t=2.06,P<0.05).The annual total standard rate of random PICC catheter fixation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.98%vs 85.03%,χ^2=20.55,P<0.005).In addition,the complication rate of PICC catheter in 2017 was significantly lower than that in 2016(18.39%vs 30.85%,χ^2=25.58,P<0.005),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions O2O teaching mode is adopted to train nurses in PICC maintenance skills,which not only effectively ensures the training quality,improves the standard rate of PICC maintenance,and reduces complications,but also has the characteristics of low cost,convenience and efficiency.
