摘　　要：通过对军医大学学员海上卫勤演练中医院船医护组训练流程的回顾和分析,结合现代化海战实际特点和目前发达国家海上医疗救护的新方法和新模式,探索以军医大学学员为主体的海上卫勤演练中,医院船医护组教学、训练的新模式,为制定符合实战需要的医院船医护组工作流程提供新思路。Based on the retrospective analysis of the training process of a marine logistic healthy drilling for cadets in military medical university,combining the actual characteristics of modern naval warfare and the new methods and models of medical rescue at sea in developed countries,this paper explored the new teaching and training mode of the medical team of the hospital ship in the marine medical service drill with the students of the military medical school as the main body,so as to provide new ideas to formulate the work flow of the medical team of a hospital ship that meets the needs of actual combat.
