教育扩张和经济周期下教育经费投入的特征与趋势——基于2008-2018年《经合组织教育概览》的比较分析

摘　　要：随着《中国教育现代化2035》的发布,我国教育迎来新一轮发展,对教育经费的投入也提出了新的要求。在我国当前经济下行压力加大的情况下,考察近年来世界主要经济体在教育扩张和经济周期下教育经费投入的特征和趋势,将具有积极的借鉴意义。因此有必要基于2008-2018年《经合组织教育概览》教育经费投入数据,从规模和结构两大维度比较分析世界主要经济体经费投入的特征与趋势,并对投入—产出机制在其中发挥的重要支配作用进行评析。The new launching of China’s educational development will put further demands on educational expenditure in the future with the release of "China’s educational modernization 2035".It has a significant reference value to explore the characteristics and trends of educational investment of major economies around the world over the last decade under the background of educational expansion and economic cycle,especially in the current situation of increasing downward pressure on China’s economy. Based on the data of "Education at a Glance:OECD Indicators"(2008-2018),this study compared and analyzed the features and tendency of educational spending of main countries all over the world via two dimensions. We argue that the input-output mechanism plays a dominant role in the expenditure.
