摘　　要：文章介绍了扫描电镜的基本组成及在钢铁材料领域的技术优势,重点对扫描电镜在物理分析检测中典型应用实例进行了归纳、分析。In this paper,it is introduced the basic composition of scanning electron microscope and its technical advantages in the field of steel material.The focus is to conclude and analyze the typical application examples of scanning electron microscope in physical analysis and detection.
