重症急性胰腺炎应用乌司他丁+丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合乌司他丁治疗患者重症急性胰腺炎疾病的效果。方法选择我院2015年1月至2017年12月重症急性胰腺炎患者120例,根据抽签法分为观察组及对照组各60例。观察组实施丹参川芎嗪注射液联合乌司他丁治疗,对照组仅使用乌司他丁治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,对照组为16.66%(P<0.05)。观察组住院总时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、腹胀腹痛消除时间、排气恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为98.33%,对照组为85.00%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症急性胰腺炎患者治疗中应用丹参川芎嗪注射液及乌司他丁联合治疗具有显著效果,能够降低患者并发症发生率,缩短患者康复时间,提升治疗效果,具有临床推广及应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 120 patients with severe acute pancreatitis from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected.According to the drawing method,60 cases were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with ulinastatin,and the control group was treated with only ulinastatin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The complication rate was 5.00%in the observation group and 16.66%in the control group(P<0.05).The total hospitalization time,blood amylase recovery time,abdominal distension and abdominal pain elimination time,exhaust recovery time,and bowel sound recovery time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 98.33%in the observation group and 85.00%in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection and Ulinastatin in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis has significant effects,which can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the recovery time of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.It has clinical promotion and application value.
