经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫肌瘤和子宫肌腺病的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫肌瘤和子宫肌腺病的价值分析。方法选取2018年1月到2019年1月我院妇产科收治的子宫肌瘤患者37例和子宫肌腺病患者为37例作为研究对象,均经过手术病理检查得到证实,全部患者均采用阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,观察经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫肌瘤和子宫肌腺病的诊断准确率、肿块大小与血流分级关系、检查征象。结果经过彩色多普勒超声检查发现,32例患者确诊为子宫肌瘤,诊断准确率为86.49%,30例患者为确诊为子宫肌腺病,诊断准确率为81.08%;子宫肌瘤患者以Ⅰ级血流信号占比最高,占比为40.54%,其次为Ⅱ级血流信号,占比为37.84%,0级占比最少为8.11%;子宫肌瘤患者可明显见,血流信号主要以条样或半环亚为主要表现,子宫肌瘤体积的大小与血流情况呈正相关,也就是说子宫肌瘤体积越大,血流信号越为丰富;子宫肌腺病内部和周边均可发现,稀疏点状,血流信号或调样血流信号。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫肌瘤和子宫肌腺病具有较高的应用价值,可清楚的显示患者的病灶征象和血流变化情况,由此可有效鉴别两种疾病,该种诊断方式值得在临床中广泛应用,值得推广。Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine myoma and adenopathy.Methods 37 cases of uterine myoma and 37 cases of uterine myoidosis from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of the study.All the patients were confirmed by surgical pathological examination.All patients used vaginal color Doppler ultrasound.To observe the diagnostic accuracy,size and blood flow classification of uterine myoma and uterine myopathy by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.Results After color Doppler ultrasound examination,32 patients were diagnosed with uterine myoma,the diagnosis accuracy rate was 86.49%,and 30 patients were diagnosed with uterine myopathy,and the diagnosis accuracy rate was 81.08%.The proportion of uterine myoma patients with ClassⅠblood flow signal was the highest,accounting for 40.54%,followed by ClassⅡblood flow signal,accounting for 37.84%,and the proportion of level 0 was at least 8.11%;In uterine myoma patients,it can be seen that the blood flow signal is mainly represented by strips or semicircular subdivisions.The size of uterine myoma volume is positively related to the blood flow situation,that is,the larger the volume of uterine myoma,the richer the blood flow signal;Internal and peripheral uterine muscle adenopathy can be found,sparse points,blood flow signals or modulation blood flow signals.Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of uterine myoma and uterine myoidosis has a high application value,can clearly show the patient's lesions and changes in blood flow,which can effectively identify two diseases,this diagnostic method is worth widely used in clinical practice,and is worth promoting.
