单颗前牙即刻种植和早期种植修复的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的对比研究单颗前牙缺失即刻种植和早期种植在种植成功率、软组织美学和患者满意度的临床效果。方法选择2016年6月~2017年6月来徐州市口腔医院就诊的单颗上前牙缺失患者68例,植入Straumann BL种植体。分为即刻种植组(34例)和早期种植组(34例)。即刻种植组微创拔除后即刻植入种植体,唇侧间隙内植入低替代率骨替代材料。早期种植组微创拔除患牙后4-8周,翻瓣植入种植体,同时行引导组织再生术。两组患者均于术后6个月后行永久修复。在永久修复后6,12个月比较两组患者种植体存留率,软组织美学和患者满意度。结果即刻种植组和早期种植组种植体均获得成功,即刻种植组PES为(9.21±2.30),早期种植组为(9.59±2.13),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。即刻种植组非常满意率89.2%。早期种植组非常满意率88.6%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论从成功率来讲,单颗前牙即刻种植和早期种植修复差异并不明显,软组织美学效果都较为明显,患者的满意度高。Objective The aim was to compare and document the aesthetic influences on peri-implant soft tissues between the immediate and early single-tooth implant placement in the aesthetic area.Methods Between June 2016 and June 2017,68 patients of anterior teeth implantation were treated in the xuzhou oral hospital,including a total o68 teeth for planting.All patients were treated with Straumnn bone level system.Dental implants were immediately implanted into the tooth fossae for the patients in the immediately implanting group,and at the same time Low replacement rate bone replacement material was implanted into the labial space.IN Early placement group,4~8 weeks after the extraction,implants were placed into the healing sockets with GBR.An upper crown was done 6 months after implant placement in the two groups.Implant success rate,aesthetic effect and Satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the implant success rate and Satisfaction between the two groups..No significant were found for any of the parameters between the treatment modalities regardness of total PES.Conclusions There are no significant differences between immediate placement and early placement on the Implant success rate,aesthetic effect and Satisfaction.
