口腔软组织成形中上腭游离带上皮结缔组织和不带上皮结缔组织的临床应用比较性研究

摘　　要：目的在接受膜龈手术治疗的局限性牙龈退缩患者中,对比分析口腔软组织成形过程中上腭游离带上皮结缔组织,以及上颚游离不带上皮结缔组织,对患者实际治疗效果的影响差异。方法2017年12月1日~2018年12月31日,将我院确诊收治的60例接受膜龈手术治疗的局限性牙龈退缩患者随机等分为两组,每组各30例,在参照组患者口腔软组织成形过程中上腭游离不带上皮结缔组织,在研究组患者口腔软组织成形过程中上颚游离带上皮结缔组织,对比两组的治疗有效率,以及牙龈美学功能改善效果满意度。结果研究组的治疗有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的牙龈美学功能改善效果满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对于接受膜龈手术治疗的局限性牙龈退缩患者而言,在患者口腔软组织成形过程中上颚游离带上皮结缔组织,能获取较好效果,值得临床推广。Objective To compare and analyze the effect of oral soft tissue shaping on the actual therapeutic effect of the patients with oral soft tissue free zone epithelial connective tissue and maxillary free epithelial connective tissue.Methods From December 1,2017 to December 31,2018,60 patients with localized gum retraction diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were separated from the epithelial connective tissue without epithelial connective tissue during oral soft tissue shaping,and the effective rates of the treatment were compared between the two groups.And gum aesthetic function to improve the effect of satisfaction.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effect of improving gum aesthetic function in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of oral soft tissue shaping,the free epithelial connective tissue of the upper jaw can obtain better results and is worth popularizing in the patients with limited gum withdrawal treated by membranous gum surgery.
