摘 要:目的制备一种个性化颌面骨修复支架。方法使用β-磷酸钙(β-TCP)材料和3D打印技术打印一种具有骨传导能力的支架,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和Mc-3T3-E1细胞对支架形貌和细胞相容性进行评价。结果SEM观察结果显示,β-TCP支架表面具有大量均一的、贯通的孔隙,细胞相容性优良。结论用此方法我们制备了一种可以个性化定制的、良好生物相容性、且具备骨传导能力的颌面骨修复支架。Objective Prepare a personalized maxillofacial bone repair scaffold.Methods A scaffold with bone conduction ability was printed withβ-calcium phosphate(β-TCP)material and 3D printing technology.The morphology and cell compatibility of the scaffold were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and MC-3T3-E1 cells.Results SEM observation results showed that there were a large number of uniform and penetrating pores on the surface of theβ-TCP scaffold with good cell compatibility.Conclusion We prepared a customized maxillofacial bone repair scaffold with good biocompatibility and bone conduction.
