摘  要:近年来,随着互联网和贸易的深度结合,线上线下融合的这种零售新业态开始在我国大中型城市影响着消费者的购物习惯。我国是人均肉类消费的大国,为了满足消费者在肉制品方面高品质、快捷方便的需求,肉制品供应企业逐渐向小批量、高保鲜的方向发展,以提高肉制品品质。因此,凭借这耳目一新的购物体验和满足消费者的实际需求,肉制品供应商需实时抓住新机遇面对激烈的市场竞争。文中首先介绍我国肉制品冷链物流的现状,结合食品供应链和食品冷链的理论内涵,分析了国内肉制品供应链存在的问题。同时在新零售的背景下,提出了肉制品供应链存在问题的对策分析。At recently,with the in-depth combination of the Internet and trade,the new retail format of online and offline integration has begun to influence consumers'purchasing in various cities in China.It is well known that China is a big country in per capita meat consumption.In order to meet consumers'demand for high quality,fast and convenient meat products,meat supply enterprises gradually develop towards the direction of small batch and high freshness preservation to improve the quality of meat products.Therefore,with this refreshing shopping experience and to meet the actual needs of consumers,meat suppliers need to seize the new opportunities in real time to face the fierce market competition.This paper firstly introduces the status quo of cold chain logistics of meat in China,and analyzes the problems existing in the domestic meat supply chain by combining the theories of food cold chain.At the same time,under the context of new retail,the countermeasures of existing problems in the meat supply chain are proposed.
