摘  要:该试验探究了切丝宽度对膨胀后烟丝结构和填充值的影响,并进行了膨胀前物料含水率、浸渍时间和升华温度对感官质量的影响评价。结果表明,切丝宽度由0.85mm增加至0.90mm,膨胀后烟丝整丝率增加3.7%,碎丝率减少1.2%,填充值一致,切丝宽度0.85mm的膨胀烟丝卷曲度更好,外观更接近正常烟丝;适当降低膨胀前物料含水率、降低升华温度、缩短浸渍时间,有利于膨胀烟丝的感官质量。This paper studied the influence of the cutting width on the cut tobacco physical characteristics after dryice expansion,and evaluated the effects of material moisture content before expansion,impregnation time and subli?mation temperature on the sensory quality of the cut tobacco.The results showed that when the cutting width in?creased from 0.85mm to 0.90mm,the expanded cut tobacco whole cut rate was increased by 3.7%and the broken cut rate is decreased by 1.2%,the filling power is closed.And when the cutting width is 0.85mm,the cut tobacco crispa?tion state is better,and the visual appearance is closer to the normal cut tobacco.Properly reducing the material mois?ture content before expanded,lowering the sublimation temperature,and shortening the immersion time are benefi?cial to the sensory quality of the expanded cut tobacco.
