摘　　要：目的构建基于患者报告的运动神经元病(MND)结局评价量表(MND-PRO)的理论模型框架。方法参照患者报告的结局评价量表研制说明,成立研究小组;综合文献分析及回顾性病例分析,运用主成分因子分析、层次聚类分析、关联分析等研究方法,通过核心小组的讨论及专家论证,最终形成MND-PRO理论框架。结果根据文献分析提取MND相关症状形成症状采集量表,总结出MND的临床症状主要分为核心症状及全身症状,最终形成了核心症状、全身症状、心理精神症状、社会关系四个领域的MND-PRO理论框架模型。结论通过文献分析及回顾性病例分析方法形成了MND-PRO的理论模型框架,此为MND-PRO量表的形成奠定了基础。Objective To construct a theoretical model framework for patient-reported outcomes scale for motor neuron disease(MND-PRO).Methods We set up a research group with reference to the instruction of patient-reported outcomes.Through the comprehensive document analysis and retrospective case analysis,we used principal component factor analysis,hierarchical cluster analysis,association analysis and other research methods,and after the discussion of core groups and expert demonstrations,we finally formed the theoretical framework of the MND-PRO.Results The MND-related symptoms were extracted through literature analysis to form the symptom collection scale.Based on this,a number of statistical analyses were performed,and we concluded that the clinical symptoms of MND were mainly the core symptoms and systemic symptoms;after in-depth interview of MND patients,group discussion and expert demonstrations,we finally formed the MND-PRO theoretical framework model in the four fields of core symptoms,systemic symptoms,psycho-mental symptoms,and social relations.Conclusion The theoretical model framework of MND-PRO is formed through literature analysis and retrospective case analysis,which lays the foundation for the formation of MND-PRO.
