射频治疗三叉神经痛患者的疗效及对免疫炎症和氧化应激的影响

摘　　要：目的研究射频治疗三叉神经痛(TN)患者的疗效及对免疫炎症及氧化应激的影响。方法接受诊治的TN患者90例作为研究对象。以随机抽签法将其等分成射频组及参照组。参照组予以药物治疗或封闭治疗,射频组则采用射频治疗。分别比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后免疫炎症指标[白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、氧化应激指标以及P物质(SP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平变化情况。结果射频组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后射频组血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后射频组GSH-Px、SOD水平高于参照组,而MDA水平均低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后射频组血清SP以及PGE2水平均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论射频治疗TN的临床疗效显著,且有效改善机体免疫炎性反应以及氧化应激反应,具有显著的缓解疼痛作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of radiofrequency therapy on the immune inflammation and oxidative stress in patients with trigeminal neuralgia(TN).Methods A total of 90 patients with TN who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to August 2018 were enrolled as research objects,who were divided into radiofrequency group and control group by random lottery.The patients in control group received drug therapy or blocking therapy,however,the patients in radiofrequency group received radiofrequency therapy.The clinical efficacy and the changes of immune inflammatory indexes,oxidative stress indexes,substance P(SP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)levels before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in radiofrequency group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin radiofrequency group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GSH-Px and SOD in radiofrequency group were significantly higher than those in control group,but,MDA levels were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of SP and PGE2 in radiofrequency group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The radiofrequency in treatment of TN has significant clinical effects,which can effectively improve the immune inflammatory response and oxidative stress response of patients,which can relieve the pain significantly,therefor,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
