摘　　要：目的分析传统的外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术(外路DCR)治疗慢性泪囊炎在基层医院的应用优势。方法在分析十多年临床病例的基础上采用回顾性分析治疗效果、成本核算、效果跟踪、适用范围等,进行外路DCR和经鼻DCR样本的比对,找出二者在医疗重要指标上的异同。结果两种手术在治疗效果、适用范围上差异有统计学意义,在成本核算、适用范围上差异较大。结论传统的外路DCR是治疗慢性泪囊炎的金标准,比经鼻DCR的手术成功率更高,适用范围更广,更具备成本优势,是治疗慢性泪囊炎的主要方式,在基层医院更是具备长期应用和推广价值。Objective To analyze the advantages of traditional DCR in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis in primary hospitals.Methods Based on the analysis results of more than 10 years of clinical cases,retrospective analysis was performed on treatment efficacy,cost effectiveness,effect tracking,application scope,and so on.Comparison of external DCR and transnasal DCR was conducted to find out the similarities and differences in important medical indicators.Results There were statistically significant differences in therapeutic effect and application scope between the two types of surgery,and significant differences in cost effectiveness and application scope were observed.Conclusions Traditional external DCR is the gold standard for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis,which has higher success rate,wider application range and more cost effective than transnasal DCR.External DCR is the main method for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis,and has long-term application and promotion value in primary hospitals.
