摘　　要：科研人员是自存储发展过程中的主体力量与关键因素,科研人员是否愿意持续将研究成果提交给自存储平台从根本上影响自存储资源建设成效。文章以期望确认模型为代表的信息技术/系统用户持续使用理论为基础,结合自存储特点,构建科研人员持续自存储行为的理论模型,据此开展调查分析。结果表明,满意度、期望确认程度、自存储理念、自存储绩效、平台质量、促成因素以及感知风险等对科研人员的持续自存储行为产生显著影响。文章提出构建多元化协同发展机制、加强自存储资源质量控制、建立政策保障机制与版权管理机制等发展策略。Researchers are the key forces behind self-archiving.The success of archive collection building is determined by their willingness to deposit research output to self-archiving platforms.Taking information technology/system continued usage theories represented by expectation confirmation model of IS continuance as the theoretical basis,and combining the characteristics of self-archiving,this research develops a theoretical model and the questionnaire of researchers’ continuance intention towards self-archiving for making an empirical study.The results show that user satisfaction,fulfillment of expectations,rationale behind self-archiving,actual performance,platform quality,facilitating conditions,perceived risk,etc.,have significant impact on continuance intention.Consequently,the author suggests enhancing continuance intention by developing collaborative platforms,improving quality control of self-archiving resources,and establishing mechanisms to ensure policy compliance and manage copyright.
