摘 要:当前新型冠状病毒的防控已进入关键时期,而基于荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)方法的病毒核酸检测作为确诊的重要手段在临床应用中遇到了一些质疑。本文从当前疫情的防控现状、检测技术的开发、疾病本身的特点、以及临床采样、运输等方面进行分析,对可能影响病毒核酸检测性能的因素进行了探讨,并建议了一些可以有效提高病毒核酸检测性能的手段。At present,the prevention and control of new coronavirus has entered a critical period.However,the use of quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)assays for the detection of viral nucleic acid,as a crucial diagnostic approach,has been doubted in clinical practice.Herein,we have reviewed the current status of epidemic prevention and control,latest development of detection technologies,disease characteristics,clinical sampling and transport.It has also discussed the factors that may affect the performance of viral nucleic acid detection,and suggested some effective methods to improve the detection performance of the assays.
