摘 要:耕地有机碳是农田土壤碳库的重要组成部分。中国耕地土壤分布广泛,土壤的区域异质性高,利用方式和种植制度复杂多样,因此研究耕地有机碳及储量的变化规律,摸清耕地土壤的固碳能力,认识耕地固碳与生产力保持的耦合机制,对中国来讲尤其重要。国内很多学者利用全国第二次土壤普查数据、文献报道的数据开展相关研究,但总体上看,系统的、长期的耕地土壤观测与试验数据相对缺乏。本数据集利用中国生态系统研究网络19个涵盖不同农田生态系统的生态站多年系统的表层土壤理化性质实测数据,结合有机碳估算模型,计算出2005–2015年来中国主要农田生态系统生态站的表层土壤有机碳密度,可以为更准确地估算中国农田耕层土壤有机碳储量、研究其空间分布特征提供数据基础。Soil organic carbon in cultivated land is an important component of farmland soil carbon pool.Because of wide distribution and high soil heterogeneity of the cultivated land in China,the land use patterns and planting systems are complex and diverse.It is particularly important for China to study the changes of organic carbon and its storage in cultivated land,to figure out the carbon sequestration capacity of cultivated land,and to understand the coupling mechanism between carbon sequestration and productivity maintenance of cultivated land.A number of Chinese scholars use the data of the second national soil survey and the data reported in the literature to carry out relevant research,but generally speaking,systematic and long-term observational and experimental data of cultivated land soil are relatively scarce.This dataset calculates the topsoil organic carbon density of ecological stations covering main agricultural ecosystems in China from 2005 to 2015 based on the estimation model of organic carbon as well as the measured data of physical and chemical properties of topsoil from 19 China Ecosystem Research Network(CERN)agricultural stations.It can serve as the basis for estimating more accurately the soil organic carbon storage and studying its spatial distribution characteristics of farmland in China.
