摘  要:课程资源的建设与应用是开放大学内涵建设的重要组成部分。云南开放大学课程资源建设经过多年积累,已建成具有一定规模的课程资源和应用效果良好的全网教学平台,但距离开放灵活、形式多样、特色突出、适宜学习的立体化课程资源体系的总体建设目标尚有距离。投入大量人力、物力、财力建设的课程资源和平台,目前大部分用于办学体系内的开放教育日常教学,缺乏持续性的优化和维护,共享度和公共认知度不足,尚未得到充分的应用转化。应该进行课程资源建设优化、提升与整合的分步实施,建设海量优质的课程资源,以强有力的绩效激励提升课程建设与教学应用团队的积极性,发挥出开放大学课程资源的最大效用。The construction and application of curriculum resources is an important part of the connotation construction of Open University.After years of accumulation of course resources construction in Yunnan Open University,a whole network teaching platform with a certain scale of course resources and good application results has been established,but the target for the overall construction of a three-dimensional curriculum resource system that is open,flexible,diverse,prominent and suitable for learning has more distance.Though most of the curriculum resources and platforms constructed by a large investment of human,material and financial resources are used in the daily education of open education within the system,but they lack continuous optimization and maintenance and are insufficient in sharing and public cognition and have not been fully applied and conversed.The Open University should optimize the construction of curriculum resource,implement upgrading and integration by step,make massive and high-quality curriculum resources and promote the enthusiasm of the curriculum construction and teaching application team with strong performance incentives,and exert the most play of the curriculum resources in the Open University.
