摘　　要：“双高计划”从外部治理的视角给中国特色高水平高职院校和专业群建设提出了全新的推动性要求。基于专业企业学院的国际化育人,只有坚守“引进”和“输出”双轮驱动的理念,坚定全面提升“教育能力”和“服务能力”双管齐下的导向,坚持“国际化”取向和根植“中国化”双向发力的实践,才能又好又快地朝着“当地离不开、业内都认同、国际可交流”的建设目标大踏步迈进。From the perspective of external governance,the“Double High Program”puts forward new requirements for the construction of high-level vocational colleges and professional groups with Chinese characteristics.Based on the international education of professional enterprise colleges,we must adhered to the two-wheel drive concept of introduction and export,the two-pronged guidance of education ability and service ability and the bi-direction force practice of internationalization and chinization so that we can make good and fast progress towards the goal of“locally inseparable,recognized in the industry and internationally communicable”education.
