摘　　要：目的:探讨大麻滥用导致精神障碍的临床特点和诊疗方法。方法:本文对两例大麻滥用导致精神障碍的临床资料进行分析,对诊断难点和治疗方法进行探讨。结果:大麻滥用以青年男性为主,常合并其他物质滥用。大麻滥用所致精神障碍的诊断应基于详细的病史资料,并与共病进行鉴别。治疗方面应以抗精神药物对症治疗为主,辅以心理治疗以防复吸和复发。结论:药物治疗是大麻滥用所致精神障碍的基础,在此基础上应辅以心理治疗。Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics,treatment methods of mental disorder caused by cannabis abuse.Methods:This paper is to analyze the clinical data of two cases of mental disorder caused by cannabis abuse and discuss the difficulties in diagnosis and treatment.Results:Cannabis abuse mainly occurs in young people,and is often combined with other substance abuse.The diagnosis of psychiatric disorders caused by cannabis abuse should be based on detailed medical history and should be differentiated from comorbidities.Antipsychotics should be the main treatment,supplemented by psychotherapy to prevent relapse.Conclusion:Drug therapy is the basis of mental disorder caused by marijuana abuse,which should be supplemented by psychological therapy.
