摘　　要：目的探讨BIRC5在肺癌和肺结核患者胸腔积液中的表达水平及其对两种疾病的鉴别诊断意义。方法以BIRC5 mRNA为分子标志物,应用实时定量PCR技术,检测肺癌和肺结核患者胸腔积液中BIRC5基因的表达,进一步分析两种疾病的表达差别。结果BIRC5在胸腔积液中均有表达,而且在肺结核患者胸腔积液中的表达量高于在肺癌疾病患者中的表达量(P<0.05)。灵敏度为76.0%,特异度为72.0%。结论在肺癌和肺结核疾病患者胸腔积液中BIRC5的相对表达量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),BIRC5的相对表达量对鉴别肺癌和肺结核疾病有指导意义。Objective To explore the expression level of BIRC5 in pleural effusion of lung cancer and tuberculosis patients and its differential diagnosis significance.Methods BIRC5 mRNA was used as a molecular marker to detect the expression of BIRC5 gene in pleural effusion of patients with lung cancer and tuberculosis by real-time quantitative PCR,and the expression difference between the two diseases was further analyzed.Results The expression of BIRC5 in pleural effusion was higher than that in lung cancer(P<0.05).The sensitivity was 76.0%and the specificity was 72.0%.Conclusion There was significant difference in the relative expression of BIRC5 in pleural effusion between patients with lung cancer and tuberculosis(P<0.05).
