摘 要:使用传统故障树分析矿井提升制动系统,存在共因失效等因素,具有一定的局限性。为此,在现有贝叶斯网络模型基础上,用三角模糊数表示模糊先验概率,通过改变条件概率和各故障状态先验概率反应事件多态性,引入β-因子模型分析共因失效,给出了概率计算公式,并以制动系统液压子系统为例进行了验证。分析结果显示,在故障分析时综合考虑模糊、多态及共因失效等因素,能更好地确定系统故障概率分布。There are common cause failure factorsin traditional fault tree analysis of the mine hoisting braking system,which is of a certain limitation.In the paper,on the basis of Bayesian network model,the triangular fuzzy number was applied to express the fuzzy prior probability.After that,the conditional probability and the prior probability of each fault state were changed to reflect the event polymorphism,and theβfactor model was introduced to analyze the common cause failure,and then the probability calculation formula was given.In addition,the hydraulic subsystem of the braking system was takenas an example to conduct verification.The analysis results showed that the fault probability distribution of the system could be better determined whilecomprehensively considering fuzzy,polymorphic and common cause failure factors.
