摘 要:以有机酸(C8~C18)、氨基乙基乙醇胺为原料,KOH为催化剂,经酰胺化反应合成了可逆乳化钻井液用乳化剂EMUL-GP。研究了胺值、黏度、亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)、乳化温度等对乳化剂的影响。采用二种或者二种以上的乳化剂复配混合乳化剂,研究了混合亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)对乳化稳定性能的影响,并对所研制的可逆乳化钻井液体系进行了放置稳定性、热稳定性、可逆乳化性、抗盐性、润滑性等一系列性能评价。结果表明,加入质量分数为4%混合乳化剂,在乳化温度80℃,油水质量比为7∶3条件下,该可逆乳化钻井液体系具有良好的性能。EMUL-GP emulsifier, a kind of reversible emulsion drilling fluid, was synthesized by amidation reaction by using organic acid and amino ethyl ethanolamine as raw materials, and KOH as catalyst. We also studied the effect of amine value, viscosity, hydrophilic-lipophilic balance(HLB) value and emulsifying temperature on EMUL-GP emulsifier. A mixture of two or more emulsifiers was used to examine the effect of mixed hydrophilic-lipophilic balance(HLB) on emulsion stability, a series of performances such as placement stability, thermal stability, reversibility, salt resistance and lubrication were evaluated for the developed reversible emulsion drilling fluid system. The results showed that the reversible emulsion drilling fluid system has good performance under the condition of adding 4% compound emulsifier, the emulsifying temperature of 80 ℃ and the oil-water ratio of 7∶3.
