摘  要:目的探讨血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)及S100P与2型糖尿病合并急性后循环脑梗死疾病的关系。方法选择366例急性后循环脑梗死患者为研究对象,其中144例为2型糖尿病合并急性后循环脑梗死,138例为单纯性急性后循环脑梗死非2型糖尿病,另外选择84例单纯性糖尿病患者作为对照研究。比较2型糖尿病合并急性后循环脑梗死组与非2型糖尿病合并急性后循环脑梗死组患者IL-18及S100P的变化水平。结果急性后循环脑梗死组IL-18为(94.56±15.55)pmol/mL,高于单纯性糖尿病组的(64.55±4.34)pmol/mL(P<0.05);急性后循环脑梗死组S100P为(10.672±1.976)ng/L,高于单纯性糖尿病组的(3.933±0.406)ng/L(P<0.05)。进一步研究发现,2型糖尿病合并急性后循环脑梗死组IL-18为(106.967±7.545) pmol/mL,高于单纯性急性后循环脑梗死组的(78.791±5.438)pmol/mL水平(P<0.05);2型糖尿病合并急性后循环脑梗死组S100P为(12.310±0.669)ng/L,高于单纯性急性后循环脑梗死组的(8.589±0.699)ng/L水平(P<0.05)。结论血清IL-18及S100P对2型糖尿病合并急性后循环脑梗死疾病患者发病中具有重要作用。Objective To explore the relationship between the level of IL-18 and S100 P in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction.Methods 366 patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction were selected,144 cases of them were type 2 diabetes patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction and 138 cases of them were non type 2 diabetes patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction and 84 patients with simple type 2 diabetes were selected as the control group. The levels of IL-18 and S100 P were measured by using ELISA methods. The levels of IL-18 and S100 P protein in the three groups were compared.Results The level of IL-18 in patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction(94.56±15.55)pmol/mL was higher than that in the control group(64.55±4.34)pmol/mL(P<0.05). The level of S100 P in patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction(10.672±1.976)ng/L were higher than those in the control group(3.933±0.406)ng/L(P<0.05). Further study showed that the level of IL-18 was(106.967±7.545) pmol/mL in the type 2 diabetes patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction,which was higher than that(78.791±5.438)pmol/ml in the non-type 2 diabetes patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction(P<0.05). The level of S100 P was(12.310±0.669)(106.967±7.545)ng/L in the type 2 diabetes patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction,which was higher than that(8.589±0.699)ng/L in the non-type 2 diabetes patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction(P<0.01).Conclusion IL-18 and S100 P may play an important role in the development of type 2 diabetes patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction.
