摘　　要：中医四时理论最早源于《黄帝内经》,其从生理、病理及养生角度提出一身之气随四时而变。贾英杰教授总结肿瘤的病机特点为"正气内虚,毒瘀并存",在治疗上善于结合四时理论,认为同种疾病,不同时节,选方用药亦有不同,需择时而治;总体上春季清热解毒与清肝泻火并举,夏季以清热解毒化瘀为主,秋季注意收敛肺气、养阴润燥,冬季以培补先天为主;同时,个人的养生调摄亦需应时而变。The four seasons theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) originated from the The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic,which states that the qi of the body varies with the four seasons from the perspectives of physiology,pathology and health preservation. Professor JIA Yingjie summarizes that the disease mechanism of tumor is "internal deficiency of healthy qi,toxin and stasis co-exist". He is good at combining the four seasons theory in the treatment. He holds that the same disease should be treated with different formula or medicals at different seasons and the disease should be treated based on seasons. To sum up,the treatment in spring should be clearing heat and detoxifying combined with clearing liver and purging-fire,in summer,should be clearing heat,detoxifying and resolving stasis,in autumn,should be astringing lung qi,nourishing yin and moistening dryness,and in winter,should be tonifying the conginatal essence. Besides,health cultivation for the individual should be adjusted based on seasonal changes.
