加强高校后勤外聘员工队伍管理的思考

摘　　要：随着高校后勤深化改革和不断发展,外聘人员已经成为高校后勤队伍的生力军。文章对当前后勤外聘人员管理中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了加强高校后勤外聘员工队伍管理的对策。With the deepening of the reform and development of college logistics,the part-time employees have become a new force of college logistics.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of the part-time employees and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the management of them in universities.
