摘 要:目的:分析肌电生物反馈疗法治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的效果。方法:2017年10月-2019年2月收治脑卒中后肩关节半脱位患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。参考组采用卧位疗法实施肌电生物反馈电刺激治疗;观察组采用坐位疗法实施肌电生物反馈电刺激治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后上肢运动功能及神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活能力评分均高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中后肩关节半脱位患者取坐位实施肌电生物反馈疗法,有助于改善患者运动功能及日常生活能力。Objective:To explore the effect of electromyographic biofeedback therapy on shoulder subluxation after stroke.Methods:From October 2017 to February 2019,72 patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 36 cases in each.The reference group was treated with lying position therapy to implement electromyographic biofeedback electrical stimulation;the observation group was treated with sitting position therapy to implement electromyographic biofeedback electrical stimulation.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,the scores of upper limbs motor function,nerve function defect degree and daily life ability were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sitting position therapy to implement electromyographic biofeedback electrical stimulation on shoulder subluxation after stroke is helpful to improve sports function and ability of daily life.
