摘  要:简要阐述了波音载人飞船首飞试验概况,梳理了关键事件。基于故障树分析方法,建立了轨道切入机动故障树,确定了5个不可排除底事件。根据航天器软件系统总体设计"十五步"流程,完成故障原因分析,推断飞船首飞故障主要原因为总体设计关键事件识别不到位,关键信号冗余设计不合理,试验充分性、测试覆盖性未覆盖全任务剖面所有工况。针对空天飞行器软件产品设计与研制特点,提出了完善软件系统可靠性、安全性设计,增强整器任务可靠性的建议。Boeing Starliner Orbital Fight Test is briefly described and critical incidents are figured out. Based on fault tree analysis, the fault tree of orbit insertion maneuver is established, and five non removable bottom events are determined. According to the 15-steps process of the system engineering design of the spacecraft software system, Boeing Starliner Orbital Fight Test failure cause is analyzed the main cause of the failure are inferred to be the insufficiency identification of key events in the system engineering design, the unreasonable redundant design of key signals, and the experiments adequacy and test coverage uncover all working conditions of the full mission profile. According to the distinguishing feature of software product design and development for aerospace vehicles, five suggestions are put forward to improve the reliability and safety design of the software system and enhance the reliability of the whole mission.
